Prepare yourself for TEAS.They told me that it is only thing important to get in.They don't care ab your GPA and your prereqs

I am currently in their Pre-Nursing may and was told ALL pre-reqs must be completed with a C or better and sciences must be a B- or better. You must also meet their minimum TEAS Score.

If you are missing pre-reqs and/or sciences, they have a Pre Nursing Major you can go into to get them done in 4 semesters. No Winter or Summer Session. This 1st semester is almost over.

So I have met the basic requirements….I have a 4.0, 83% TEAS, and I only have Physio and a few other easy classes left to take. I wonder if that’s competitive with the other students? Do you have any advice? I will take the last few classes actually at Holy Names for Spring 22’. I am applying right now for the GBSN.

hey congrats to all of you. I am looking to transfer here from another nursing program that was extremely disorganized which added additional rigor to the education. I was curious how has the school been for you guys? really looking forward to hearing back.

There TEAS requirements is 78%. All Math and Science classes which includes a Nutrition course must be a B- or higher. Remaining classes require total 3.0 GPA. Not sure what other students have but if you have pre reqs left they will place you in their pre nursing major to finish whatever classes you have left plus their required courses specific to their school that they require you to have before applying to their BSN program. They only have Spring and Fall Semesters which is $40k. Since those 2 semesters are a FAFSA year. They are pretty expensive.

The professors I had for my current 4 course Eng 1B and Religion which is required were good. Intro to Psych professor is very unorganized and doesn't flow her curriculum and is confusing as is the Intro to Chem which included General/Organic and Inorganic Chem which is very hard.

If you have time to do alot of studying and constantly talking to professors outside of class then you should be good.

Being a 4 year graduate from another university, I was not impressed at all. Nursing staff at the hospital I work had heard good things about lther degree programs but have not heard much about their actual nursing program.

I will be taking some of our Nurse Managers Advice and finish this one semester then move on the Community College and get my ADN and do a concurrent enrollment for my BSN with my previous University where I plan to finish my last pre reqs and apply.

I can start working as a nurse with my ADN at my job with the same pay as one with a BSN instead of doing another 4 1/2 years before being licensed.

Hope that helps alittle.

Hi everyone! I received a preliminary acceptance to this program. Let me know if you have any questions about the applicants and/or process and I can answer those basic questions.
