Is Mom and baby nursing unit at HC - silver Spring a good place to start as a new nurse?

Does someone signed the 2 years commitment? I am not sure about it, any advice is welcome! Thank you

You need a lawyer, not a bunch of strangers on the internet. Contracts can be tricky. Trust me, the hospital corporation lawyers are not working in your best interest.

The thing is that they offer really good salary ($39.77) that is why I was tented to take it. However I did not see anything about the 2 y commitment in the contract--this is getting more strange, right?

I have an offer for Hopkins-oncology in Baltimore their salary is less than ideal ($34), but I do not have to sign a contract :)
