    The thing is that they offer really good salary ($39.77) that is why I was tented to take it. However I did not see anything about the 2 y commitment in the contract--this is getting more strange, right? I have an offer for Hopkins-oncology in Baltimore their salary is less than ideal ($34), but I do not have to sign a contract :) Thank you very much,
