Thanks.Yeah and alot (I am not exagerating when I say alot, we just lost 6 night nurse and many more are turning in their resignation) of nurses I know leave Memorial Regional as well... But I have heard that Holy Cross is really good. So this is really your call.Please tell me which unit they are offering you at Regional I might have an idea.
