I interviewed for phase 2 on 2/21 and still haven't heard back. I didn't reach out yet because I wasn't sure if it's appropriate to ask for an update yet. When did you interview for phase 2?

I interviewed for phase 2 back in December 13 and have heard no sort of update or notification despite follow up emails, so I doubt you'll be hearing anything
Hey guys! Congratulations to all who got interviews and acceptances. I completed my phase 2 a few weeks ago, and got the official denial letter today. I really thought I did pretty well, felt good after it. Im pretty realistic so Im a bit lost as to why I didn't even get waitlisted. But alas - I will try again next year!
For those who got accepted - did you get everything in your phase 2 interview right with 100% Confidence? It would really help and be beneficial to hear how your interviews went in comparison to ours/mine. Please and thanks! Exciting!!

I know this is a bit late but thought I'd share my experience. I'm sorry that you received bad news, you've got next year in the bag! When I interviewed I had paid for a few mock interviews from TeachRN. I found the SRNAs that I used immensely helpful in finding my weak areas and showing me how to answer tricky questions.
I answered questions confidently by further explaining my train of thought. Anticipating what I might assess, orders for work up, and care to be implemented. If there was something I wasn't 100% on, I would say that. But I would then explain my rational and reasoning for what I thought it might be. On curveball questions I based my answers from the patho I knew in relation to how the drug/disease might work. Hope this helps!
