Hoag Hospitals in Irvine or Newport

If anyone can help me out, I'd love to hear from you!

I'm currently finishing my last year of nursing school up at SDSU. I'm looking at hospitals all over SoCal to apply to and Hoag caught my eye. The way they explain their new grad nurse program on their website is confusing. Do they not take external candidates? I cannot be a PCA or NA up there since I live an hour and a half south. If anyone has an email I could contact to inquire about their career paths, also feel free to drop that below ?
