Hoag is my dream employer based upon reputation and location. What is the PCA position like? I have a job description but I would like to know more about the career path.

Is a PCA the same as a CNA?

If a new grad/licensed RN gets hired as a PCA, can they later transition directly to the RN role?

Would a PCA still apply to new grad positions once they posted?

How long would someone remain a PCA before moving up?
