Just curious about something. From what I have read in my med surg book plus thinking of all the ways that a HIV/AIDS patient can become debilitated, are they at risk for anemia? My nursing instincts says yes because their bodies are already stressed to the max plus they may have kidney diseases etc. I didn't see anything in the med surg book about kidney disease but I did see that they have oxygenation problems plus they are at risk for sepsis. Thanks in advance 😬
