My friend has a mild case of psoriasis. But, he doesn't want to go to a doctor. I was just wondering if anyone knew any good home remedies. The situation is really bringing down his self esteem...

I've seen too many people who say "this looks just like what so-and-so has. And far too often it was misdiagnosed. He still needs to see a doctor to make a definitive diagnosis. He doesn't need to get a prescription or take a pill. Most treatments are topical anyway.

If his "skin is falling off" I'd guess most OTC things aren't going to help anyway.
