Hiring Freeze

Anyone in the process of boarding to the VA know how the latest freeze affects their job offer? Scheduled verbally for orientation weeks away, but know I'm wondering if I should give up, or keep my hopes up for the positive.

Anyone on here from Oregon and being affected by the hiring freeze? No news on my end yet. Still waiting.

Nurses should be exempted I believe.

Yes! Thank goodness! My HR rep just told me this morning that Nurses are exempt and I'm so relieved . Thanks!
