Hiring of CNA at Your Facility

Just wonderng how often your facility hires CNA's?

Often...or every now and then?

If we need more help, they hire. They seem to do the most hiring of CNA's around May and then again in December. These are the months that the CNA's that are graduating from nursing school.

I think I sent in my resume in January even though they had no openings. They called me about 2 months later for an interview. Some places will accept resumes even if there isn't any openings, others won't. You just have to ask.

My facility is constantly hiring. We have so many CNA's get hired and never show up its crazy. Very high turnover rate, which surprises me because we have one of the easiest CNA jobs in the area!
