Highland Hospital August 2023 Residency Program

Hi, I noticed there's no thread for the residency program at Highland Hospital or (Alameda Health System in general) in Oakland, CA! I finished up most of my onboarding for a Clinical Nurse I position in the emergency department. I was hoping to connect with other people in the ER cohort, as well as people going into other specialties.

did you end up staying at highland? How do you like it?

how was the interview process, and what is the pre-interview test like? I have an interview there for the Spring 24 cohort and am hoping to find out a little more about the culture and how things work there!

I graduate and sit for the NCLEX late 2024. I have been browsing the internet in search of information on Highland's nurse residency program but can only find the doctor's residency program. Could someone please share links or resources for information?
