Hi there I'm in my first year nursing school in BC Canada, I was just wondering if this workload ever gets easier or if it doesn't necessarily get easier in the amount of work does the organization get easier and eventually become second nature? :uhoh3:

hummmmmmmm my personal opinion is no it doesn't if anything it got worse :uhoh21: not that you want to hear that.

my first year there was a lot of memorization second year it was still memorization and starting to apply the info the third year was total hell .... and yes i mean hell ..... complete application with a ton of new info being thrown at us and well 4th year was a breeze. go figure eh.

anyways i think over time you just get better at organizing yourself and figuring out what can wait to be done and the assignments that really can not wait at all.
