Hi! I have a cousin and also a nurse. During his college days he was diagnosed with PTB minimal got treated already but still the mark is there everytime X-ray was done. Mantoux test is always positive but sputum culture since he was diagnosed was negative. He is very eager to apply in US but afraid that he might be rejected due to his condition. He has medical certificate from the Philippines that he is fit to work but I dont know if the employer or the embassy will accept it? Can you please advice me so that I can help him? Any suggestion?
