yea at this point you should be ready. one thing i know you shouldn't second guess yourself. They say don't read to much into the question take it at face value! I just passed last week and I got lots of questions regarding priority and delegation and infection control. So be sure to look over those. Don't do any real studying though because you don't want to over do it. Just stay calm and relax i am sure you will pass since you have studied and you feel pretty good right now about it! Good Luck!!!!!

Hi guys! I've been lurking allnurses.com for the past month or so while preparing for my NCLEX-RN Exam, which I am scheduled to take this Thursday, January 28, 2010.
I must say, after reading through the threads posted on this site, I find them very informative and helpful when I just want a quick, no-frills answer to a nursing-related question. Kudos to you guys.
Now that I've only got three more days to go before judgment day, I'd just like to ask: How did you guys cope with the test being only a few days away?
I have been preparing for the past four or five weeks using Lippincott's Q&A Review for NCLEX-RN 9th Edition, Saunder's Comprehensive NCLEX-RN Review 4th Edition software, and KAPLAN NCLEX-RN Strategies for the Registered Nursing Licensure Exam 2010 Edition. And after honestly assessing myself during the times I have been reviewing, I can say that I have got a good shot at passing this exam and that I have done my best in preparing through answering questions, reading rationales, and praying. The thing I have been trying to avoid is thinking of doing the PVT afterwards and going straight to the credit card page, which I know is already self-defeating thinking in itself.
I'm ready to go all in on myself.
Care to share any of your tips in last-minute preparations before the big one?
