HI to CA NCLEX-RN

A friend plans on taking the NCLEX-RN exam in Hawaii, she has a distant cousin living there, she was denied her ATT in CA due to the concurrency problem from PH. If she passes the exam in Hawaii, she plans to endorse her HI license to CA, but is this possible to get her license over to CA? She has a SSN.

I doubt it as CA will still go through the same assessment and they will have her on file as not meeting requirements.

Ahh, okay, that's what I thought. What if she hadn't applied to CA, but rather went straight to the Hawaii BON and passed, then tried to endorse over to CA?

I doubt it will make any difference as the process would be the same if trained overseas. CA make their own decisions
