HFCC nursing entrance exam format

Hi,

I am doing my pre-reqs to enter ADN program in HFCC.I just talked with nursing department advisor regarding the net test.She was saying it has math and english comprehension and personality assessment questions.

But when i enquired in the learning lab, they were saying it was no longer NET format, they follow HESI format but only with math and english comprehension.

So i am confused :confused: in preparing for the exam.Did anyone take the entrance exam in HFCC recently.Please help me on the format.Thanks.

I am trying to finish off my pre reqs by this dec and planned to take the exam by jan 2012 and submit application for waiting list.

Hi everyone! Thanks for this information! I too plan to take the HESI exam at HFCC in JAN 2012. I went to the learning lab and was able to print study guides for this test on their computer at no cost. They appear to be very helpful :)

Hi maganlynn,

It is nice to hear that you are also taking exam in Jan 2012.Hope to meet you in the ADN program.

You said you took study guide printouts from learning lab.How many pages were there and was it for both english and maths.

Can you give me directions about where or whom should i ask to get me one?
