Hey Everyone! What are we taking next semester???

Published

Hey gals! (and our few guys)! :)

This semester is almost over with... FINALLY! I have had 3.5 very stressful years, and the light at the end of the tunnel is getting a bit brighter. I have had an average of 17-18 hours per semester since I started, and next semester (MY LAST SEMESTER!!!!!) I have 12 hours, which is my lightest load yet!!! :) I purposefully push myself the past 3 years so that I could have a lighter load when I was preparing to graduate, for house hunting, job hunting, etc. Its finally here! May cant get here soon enough :)

So, now on to the point of my post, what are we taking next semester? Do you think you will like it? Why and Why not :)

Here is my schedule

Nursing Research - 3 hours

Psychiatric Nursing - 5 hours

Emergency Nursing Clinical Elective - 2 hours

Practicum in Nursing Reseach - 2 hours

Mondays:

Psychiatric Nursing 8:30-10:30

Nursing Research 10:30-11:20

Tuesdays:

Psychiatric Nursing Clinicals 8:00am-4:30pm (Until I reach 120 contact hours.)

Wednesdays:

Nursing Research 10:30-11:20

Thursdays:

Emergency Nursing Clinical (12 hour shifts until I reach 180 contact hours)

Fridays:

Nursing Research 10:30-11:20

Looks pretty good to me!!!! Besides having to log 300 hours of clinical time this semester, this is going to be a nice, low stress (hopefully I wont be eating those words) semester. I only have 2 classes that have tests!!!!! woohoo! :)

Incase you cant tell, im a wee bit excited :) :) :)

I have other reasons to be excited too, but that will come in a different post :)

Hugs to all!
