HESI entrance exam

I'm taking the HESI entrance exam friday at 11:30. i'm looking for any last minute suggestions or pointers! I need to get a min. of 75 in the math, a&p, reading & grammar sections. I'm most worried about a&p, so any reviews, suggestions, ANYTHING would be greatly appreciated! thanks mucho in advance! :bow:

I used the HESI review book and got a 95 composite score, I felt the book was VERY similar to the test except for the reading part, which was a little tricky.

thanks! i'll be sure to read carefully and take my time. did you have to take the a&p section? thoughts?

I did not use the Hesi review book. I found a basic nursing entrance exam prep book that did very little to help me.

The best prep I had was a website someone posted on here.

There are some typos and things but I believe it is the reason I did so well in math. I should have focused more on the reading comprehension but I was overconfident in it. I have NEVER had issues with it. I don't know what makes this test any different but it was much harder than the reading comprehension on the NET that I took several years ago...but the math was much easier.

thanks for the link. i'll print it out while i'm out work, hehehehe. i've always been good in math but its been a while since i've done any problems. i'll definitely do some reading questions since everyone has been saying that same things about it. thanks again!

just wanted to say thank you for everyone that helped!!! i took the test and made a 92 in the a&p section! way higher than i thought i would score. :D

Hi does anyone know how many times you can take the hesi entrance exam?? I heard they only give you two chances.. but what if you still don't pass after the second time when is the next time you can take it again?? oh and is it going to be the same test or a different one? please help me out here thx a lot! :bowingpur
