Hi thank you for sharing your advice! For the grammar where there any questions that asked what part of the sentence is an antecedent or preposition or anything all those lines? Also for a&p I am using the pocket prep app and some of the questions you mentioned I have seen from the app and I was wondering if any of the questions where too into detail or where they mostly basic knowledge? Did you have a vocab section?

Thank you for sharing the HESI Information with us. I am taking the Hesi Exam in the summer and the comprehension part of the test scares me more than the rest. Did you have any chemistry and Physics questions. My Hesi book has a physics part and that also scares the whits out of me.

Thank you for the detailed information about he HESI! I take it January 18th and only have one shot at it so I'm SUPER nervous. The math and A&P I is what scares me the most. I did really well in all my A&Ps, 98 & 97 in my lecture classes. However, I took A&P I a year ago and I'm super rusty! Is there more A&P I or II? Thanks you!

For the grammar, i did not receive any questions about "antecedents or prepositions". The only in detail questions that I saw said, "Which part is the independent clause, and dependent clause". and I only had 2 questions on that. On the grammar section, most of your questions consist of "What isnt right in this sentence, or what word would make this sentence correct". Really simple.

For Anatomy and Physiology, most of the questions were basic. You will have 30 questions on this section. They didnt get into too much detail. It was really basic. I saw both A&P 1 and 2. More of 1 though. For example there was a question asking "Which part of the brain is responsible for thought and action". So with this question you need to know the parts of the brain. Which are the Cerebellum, Cerebrum, Medulla. I was soooo worried about this section. But with the materials I used(mentioned above), It helped a lot. Pocket Prep app really helps, use that app everyday and practice your questions. I did 30 questions a day. Sometimes the whole 100. and sorry If I didn't mention earlier My school did not require vocab.

@Beau, CNA I totally understand how you feel. But dont stress, just study at your own pace. Unfortunately, my school does not require chemistry or physics?

@Ty96 I totally understand, I was nervous too. But just try to relax, especially the day before your exam. Okay so for the math, all this section consisted of is literally just FRACTIONS, and PROPORTIONS. There was only 1 questions about Military Time, and 3 questions over conversions. So the fractions usually tell you to dividing fractions, multiplying fractions, and adding and subtracting fractions. proportions consisted of basic cross multiplication. For Anatomy and Physiology, there was a little bit of both honestly. So knowing the structure of the body, and the functions are important. With those scores, you shouldnt have a problem at all! You got it!

Oh and I forgot to add, scores on all sections, I received an 85% and higher.

I took the Hesi entrance exam for my school, but the sciences portion wasn't required. I didn't study at all and still passed with a 94% overall. It's important to know which portions your school requires for entrance.
