I'm pretty sure the HESI A2 is fairly standardized. Therefore, all information regarding each section is going to be relatively similar anywhere in the country. Check out my site. There is a section HESI A2 under "free stuff." There are several study guides as well as online resources you can check out. Good luck!

I took the Hesi A2 exam earlier this month & got a 92% overall. I was super nervous, but I also thought it couldn't be too hard. All I can say is the AP section is definitely NOT basic, it really surprised me. That was the only section that I wish I'd looked into more, & maybe math (ratios). I hope I haven't said too much. I'm applying for the same program, good luck & hope to see you there!!!

can you e-mail me: ....i was told they will not accept cumulative scores.....and the a&p section is the one i'm the most worried about especially after reading all these post about that section....and then they want us to make an 85% in each section....but please e-mail me....i'm aiming for spring 2012 but with this hesi i don't know.
They don't, but it shows you all of your scores immediately. For some reason they have a higher passing requirement than some other schools. I emailed you, so feel free to ask me anything, I'm always willing to help because I've never gotten much & I definitely know how you're feeling.

I agree, the A&P section threw me for a loop. I thought it was going to be basic and it sure wasn't. The test asks you some detailed questions I didn't really even go over in class. :grn:
All I can say is study well when it comes to the A&P section and make sure you know your conversions for math like, 1c=240mL=8oz. And like, Shawnnalvn said, make sure you are adept in dealing with ratios.
Good luck!
