I just graduated from nursing school with my BSN Friday, and am planning on taking my NCLEX in mid-May. I am relocating to Hampton Roads because of my husband's work. I have started applying, but am having a hard time finding a job, as I'm sure alot of new grads are.
Does anyone have any advice for applying to hospitals?? I am optimistic, but also like to be prepared. If i don't find anything at a hospital, where would you recommend me applying, that hires new grads of course, to continue gaining experience... ??

Just an update, I moved up here in June and just got a job offer at CHKD yesterday!!!
