HELP! UC Irvine vs Sonoma University

I've got accepted into several BSN programs.

I am torn by a choice between UC Irvine and Sonoma University. Sonoma is close, but UC seems better academically. If we take money out of the picture which one is better?

Please, need help! Have to decide soon.

my daughter is applying to both ucs and csus. yes uc has direct nursing programs not like csu pre-nursing. we also try to get scholarships as well due to costs at uc if we can get some and got accepted for fall 2012 will be great :)

if not, csulb is the next best choice for us. their nclex is 97% and they are going for 100% :) my friend's daughter graduated top of the class last year with 2-year scholarship, and got a job at lb memorial right away after school .

for uci, can you share some experiences there in terms of culture, competition, instructors, courses, learning etc. pro and con. also i believe some pre-reqs for nursing and pre-med are overlap so there are some competition with pre-med students ?
