Help! TOEFL and CGFNS CES report for Illinois NCLEX

hi guys. please help me. i dont know what to do right. well here is the scenerio.. im planning to take the illinois nclex, two of its requirement are toefl and cgfns. im about to take my toefl first because i just want to be sure to first pass this one before applying for my ces report, i thought it would be just a waste of money if i apply for my ces report and paid already and then suddenly i will not pass the toefl exam. but here is my problem, upon applying for toefl, they said i have to have 4 recipients for my toefl result, well.. i dont know what to write in my recipients box. my question is, (1) is it alright to take first the toefl before applying for ces report? if yes... then what will i write in my recipients? if not... what should i do now? please guys help me... ive already reviewed for toefl and suddenly this problem popped out... i just hope u can help me.. .. thanks and god bless!!!

Just to clear up a few things, the NCLEX exam is a national exam and is not state specific. You are applying for licensure as an RN, you are unable to apply for the NCLEX exam.

I am moving your thread to the International Forum where it is more appropriate as it is specific to working in the US, and not in PI.
