Hi everyone!

Just want to ask help from you.

My friend applied in Vermont last 2006 and had her att sept 2007.

But on that day of her exam, problem arise when she forgot to sign the passport and the staff (manila testing center) did not allow her to take the exam due to that unsigned passport. Her status then in Vermont is "no show".

My question is, What could be her status now if she want to take the exam AGAIN? Does she have to apply for the ATT only or to apply again in Vermont?

Thank you so much!

As it is more than 2 years (not sure why your friend waited this long) but should contact the BON and ask them this themselves, may find they have to start all over again with application

VT only gives a two year eligibility, never extends that for any reason. If one does not test during that time, then they must start the process all over again. Other fact is that they were a no-show for the exam once they had received the ATT. This is never issued again without reapplying as well.

She possibly would have had a chance to reschedule during the 90 days that the ATT was valid for, but waiting this long and all is gone.
