Well, I'm assuming the question is asking how many capsules you'd give if the order is Librium 10mg PO q6h and you have Librium 5mg capsules on hand. So my final answer would be that you'd give two capsules q6h.

I'll agree that perhaps The Squire's initial comment was a bit harsh, but you'd be surprised how many people come here just looking for answers without showing any footwork. We're all willing to help, but only after they've shown they've at least tried it.
