HHmmm,. are you outside the US? I've never heard of RNI or RNII,..just RN.
Where I work new grads are RN I's for the time the are hired until they pass boards and are done with orientation, or about six motnhs. They get an eval and a raise and become "RN II's".
RN III's are charge nurses, etc. It's one of those "clinical ladder" things.
Take a look at your strengths and weaknesses. It can be some as simple as "better organize my time by..............". Getting a BSN (if you don't have one already). Taking a course in telemetry or critical care nursing. Becoming a preceptor. Learing the role of charge nurse. Being a mentor.
Where do you want your career in nursing to go? Of course what you really want to say is "get through the dreadful day without killing anyone".

I am going from RNI to RNII and I have to come up with some career goals with action plans. This is my first time having to do this type of evaluation and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any help.
