::::sigh::::: i took my pn boards (from california) and failed the first time 2nd time took few days ago stopped at 205 again. i feel like crapadoodle. i dont know what ill do if i failed this one itslike i let my husband and child down. i studied so hard did saunders and kaplan, but i still ended up the way i did. i didnt even have calcs and check that apply like someone also stated in one of the other threads. i love nursing and im so smart with it what is wrong with what im doing?

Don't give up hope Muttgirl. Numbers don't mean anything. People can get the minimum amount and fail, and some get the max amount and pass. No doubt about it, almost everyone walks out of there feeling like they failed. I don't think there are many people who walk out of there thinking, "I really aced that thing!"

Listen, hang in there, and it's not over til it's over. Don't give up, stay positive (I know it's easier said than done) and really, keep us posted.

Best of luck to you, and welcome to allnurses.com!!!

Ditto to BabyRN2Be's post!!

Take a deep breath, enjoy family time right now, and try not to let the numbers discourage you.

Let us know what happens.

Hi,

Take a deep breath and relax. It doesn't matter how many times you take it; nobody is going to care. Take a couple of days off and start studying again. You can do it!
