Help please! I need some people that have been around to help me with some questions!

Don't ya love it when your class teaches the entire class? :angryfire And when you go to the teacher for help because its not in the book at all she tells you to use other resources?? :angryfire Thats something I won't miss when I graduate! lol Anyway can someone either help me or point me in the right direction in answer these questions???

1. Discuss the arenas managed care has influenced private insurance idustry, private employers, hospitals, physicians, nurses, and third party reimbursement.

2. How has the patient confidentiality law impacted case management and managed care?

How am I supposed to know this and when its not in our book at all...what is the point of spending the 50 dollars on the book!!!! I am jsut so frustrated I can't even believe it!!! lol sorry I just needed to vent!! but if someone could help me that would be great because I am drawing a blank

A huge part of nursing involves reasearch and I'm guessing your school wants to ensure you can think outside the box (stuff from the book) and take the initiative to go to the library or Medline and research the answer. We need to do this every two weeks and yes..it can be annoying but I can honestly say that google and medline are my best friends. Learn to love them. Unfortunately evreything can't be handed to us on a silver platter. :)

And don't even get me strated on the whole book thing :chuckle . The prices infuriate me too. :angryfire

Don't worry..one day you will graduate. Patience......now go to the library...LOL!!!
