Help*please* co-worker lying blaming me for her possible mistake

Published

Hello, I appreciate anyone's help. I have a co-worker {who I thought was my good friend** who may gave order's over the phone to another facility nurse and a possible lawsuit is underway about the order's being given wrong by our office or taken wrong by the other office. After finding out that the other office did not write down her name she now blames me for giving the order. I am angry that she lied to get the blame off her but also VERY hurt that she thought the lie was more important than our friendship. I now question if she was the one at fault because she is trying so hard for it not to be found out that she gave the order. Any advice??? Thanks

I am just a nurse who graduated last month and I experienced some of my classmates to act out in such a cold way to people..Not like this but in a similiar fashion..

I noticed that with quite a few of my classmates too. A few were just downright hateful toward people in general. They've definitely chosen the wrong profession.

Specializes in med/surg, Icu/Ccu. ER, PACU, HHC, LTC.

I am also confused.....*she may have* *she did* and if you have no knowledge of ANY of the particulars; ie date, time, content of order, you should have nothing to worry about...case closed.

also question why a lawsuit??...........:uhoh3:

I hope everything works out for you and i would not consider her a freind by any means. Please keep us posted.
