Help with Pharmacology

pharmacology is not easy, trust me I am taking it for a third time (first time I failed, second time our teacher was fired, so here I am a third time). What is best for me is learning the category the medications fall into (ex: hypertensive meds (Ace inhibitors, beta blockers)). and then go from there. When looking for adverse effects, I usually would look for the side effects that were not the same of the other meds. Most meds have the same adverse effects. Good luck, it is not easy, but if you made it this far, you can do it. Try to form a study group and work together with going over all the meds you have learned from the course.

Set aside alot of study time, read, memorize things that need to be memorized, and understand the material. Wash, rinse, and repeat. Buy a good drug guide and use it. There are no shortcuts or magical ways to pass pharmacology. You need to do the work. Period.
