Specializes in Med surg, Critical Care, LTC.

Obviously you are in NY. I work for a LTC facility in Endicott (a suburb of Binghamton). We are always looking for nurses LPN's and RNs'. Rents are very much less expensive here than NYC. For a two bedroom apt, especially if it is in an older home, would run about $550.00/month or less. For a "perfect" apartment, updated, granite counters, your looking at $750 or more.

PM me and I can give you contact information - but we only want people who really want to work - not those who want to work when it is convenient.

Good luck and blessings

I just wanted to say try and keep your outlook positive! Many people look for 3-6 months to find a job in almost any field, with or without experience! It is not unusual! Keep looking! ~CS

Try looking to get hired through an agency. Most say they want a year exp. But don't actually care. Try competent nursing located in brooklyn. They place ppl everywhere. It does take a while to get a job with no experience but don't give up.there is someone that is willing to give you a chance.

thanks guys might have an interview with advanced care staffing in brooklyn then iam also becoming a medicare provider anyone have any thoughts on either of thoes two options? Hopeful.......:lol2:
