HELP! NicuRN Moving to LA don't know which Job to take!

Hi everyone! I'm moving to LA from michigan and have 2 job offers. I'm so lost bc I don't know which job to take. I think both hospitals are awesome opportunities and at this point I need help on which is a better place to work. I am a NICU nurse coming from a level 3 NICU in Michigan...

CHILDRENS HOSPITAL OF LOS ANGELES

vs

CEDAR SINAI

I have an offer from children's already with good pay and haven't hear from cedars what theory would be yet.. Children's is a level 4 and cedar level 3 like where I'm coming from. Any advise is appreciated!!!

Try posting in the CA forum, or the NICU forum? I have worked at Cedars in the adult world and it was so so. The pay is lower than other hospitals in the area. I've heard good things about Childrens, they have a good reputation.

But I really don't know how working in the NICU is at either. Is this a permanent or travel position?

You're coming from NICU. Are both positions NICU jobs? That is something to think about. It would be a change to go from NICU to pediatrics, for example.

I would go to CHLA!

Its very highly respected and leaves room for other pediatric specialties in the future.
