Help needed! Applying Business (Short Stay) Visa (Subclass 456) Australia

Hi all!

I have been living in Sydney on a student visa for almost 1 year and 8 months now (I've just finished my Diploma in Management). I have just recently received my letter from AHPRA Sydney. I have decided to enrol for the College of Nursing's April intake. I was advised that I wouldn't be able to get in the January intake since I still need to complete my vaccinations.

My current student visa will be expiring this Dec. 11, 2011. Once home in the Philippines, I am planning to apply for the Business (Short Stay) Visa (Subclass 456) on my own. I have no intention of getting in contact with an agency/consultancy to assist me in my visa application.

Has any of you applied for the same visa (for bridging course purposes)? What documentations should I include in my application with regards to "evidence of your proposed business stay in Australia"? I obviously am not going to Australia for business so do I just provide a copy of my AHPRA letter and confirmation of enrolment from CON perhaps?

Lastly, what are the chances that I would get a NO FURTHER STAY condition on my visa? Thanks in advance guys! Cheers!
