Okay so I have a HUGE careplan and Case study due and I am stuck because of a lot of little questions! So my case study is on a client with Hep B. I was given a Ton of lab values and am suppose to figure out which ones indicate liver disease. Two lab values that I can't find anywhere are: albuminuria (my case study client had 160mg/dL) and he tested positive for bilirubinuria.. I know that if the albuminuria is elevated that it indicates renal probs... but would it also indicate liver problems? I'm sure that biliruibinuria has something to do with it too but i cant find any ranges for it. Also I'm suppose to come up with ways a community can prevent the spread of HAV. I have a few things like: vaccinations, treating water supplies, needle exchange programs... But what else? ANY help would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!!
Come on... Somebody answer! Please?!

well, this means the pt is urinating bilirubin and albumin. Do you have a lab book to refer to? Also, from a google I found the bili and albumin are linked

you can use these websites to find information about lab tests:
you should start by searching on this national institute of health website for information about aids and community programs (or links)

is it Hepatitis A you were needing community info on?
CDC is a good place to look
