I'm going to be graduating the end of next month and the last week I've been working on my resume and cover letters. Well, I need some ideas. My cover letter sounds like a giant "I'm the best person in the world" butt kissing letter. I need ideas on how to tone it down and what are the nurse recuiters looking for in the cover letters. I have no experiance except the clinical time in school. I aim to get a job at the local medical college/Hopsital. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thank you, Stacey (future LPN)
