Help with Mother/Baby concept map/Care plan

Hi, I was wondering if any body has some ideas for me. Let me explain, I and trying to finish my concept map for mother/baby. I need 4 nursing diagnosises. I have 2 1) acute pain 2) fatigue, and I want something like a risk for jaundice (for baby) because of mom and babys blood types (mom is O+ and baby is A+) but not having any luck. My last one I was wanting something about risk for Fundus Hemorrhage but the book I have has neither of these in it. any suggestion? The mother came in for Induction of Labor 2 days past due, with no epidural because she progressed to quickly, and no tear, and both wear fine. HELP PLEASE! Thanks

Think about the needs for mom and baby and milestones for baby.

I have never heard of "fundus hemorrhage" but I don't claim to know everything there is to know about OB.

Anxiety is a biggie or family role changing.

If she's a P1, try Knowledge Deficit and state what you would teach her (which will be a lot of different things). The baby is not necessarily going to have jaundice so I wouldn't hang your hat on that. Otherwise anytime a family adds a new member you can always use Interrupted Family Processes or Readiness for enhanced Coping. Good luck!

Thanks everyone for your help, I dont remember what I ended up doing but, but I got a satisfactory and didnt have to redo any part of it.
