Hi everyone,
I am looking for a good RN or LPN program in NYC. I already have a list of all the programs, so that is not what I am asking for. I am just looking for a program that meets 2 simple requirments:
1) Is easy to get accepted to
2) Does not have any type of mandatory exit exam
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Try looking into the Mildred Elley school in Manhattan for there LPN program... I hear entrance is somewhat easy. They are fairly new so I don't have much info. I'm looking for more info on he school and the program myself.
Thanks so much. I actually never heard of Mildred Elley until now as the list I got from the NY BON does not list it. The site says I will have to do work at the Albany campus, but I will have to find out exactly how many times I will have to go up there. Occassiobally is fine, but I can't go up there on a regular basis.
Hi Donald11, I was just wondering what school you got into and for what?
I did not go to any school. I decided not to pursue nursing. I was originally going to pursue radiology (x ray tech) but the field is totally saturated. So I decided to forget about healthcare all together and pursue HVAC. All I am waiting for now is for the college to establish a start date for the program so I can finally start.
I decided against nursing because I don't want to have a single exit exam decide whether I can become a nurse. I actually started a thread about this last summer that got quite heated:

Good luck in your nursing studies!
