sorry... ^^^^ lvn to rn!!!! :)
okay...sooo my situation is this!
i got accepted into an lvn program ...once you have your lvn and have worked for 3 months as an lvn than you can apply for the rn program...
the lvn program is $12,000
and the lvn to rn program is $15,000!! soooo total is 27,000 $$$ !!
sooo i was wondering should i do this?? do many people pay this much to be rn's is it worth this amount??
i am accepted to baptist school of nursing...its a private school & is a very good one!?!
help..is this normal!??! ehhhh...soo much money!
any advice!
let me put in my two cents thought.it's too much money my friend.i'm not one gd economic but as long as you don't want to owe half of your life..just do the lpn and then brigde to RN.and in 7 out of ten..the place you'll get lpn..they might have a student re-embracement.you hit two birds with one stone.
let us know when you make up your mind.
ladybugme!

thank you so much!
well im still waiting to see in i will be accepted in the local community college rn program...but wont find out until nov.. but not now im not counting on it...since it is hard to get into ( i have a good chance but not holding my breathe!) soo im trying to just work with what i got so far...with this acceptance...
i was thinking that 27,000 total seems like alot of money! however i want nothing more to be a nurse..and hope to get my ph.d one day...but this is the first step.
i was thinking that since i have to work for one semester before the rn program that i could just work my butt off save as much money as possible to save for the rn program...since i dont plan on working while in the rn program...and maybe in 5 mon time i could save at least 5 or 6,000?
i just dont wanna be paying off student loans for the rest of my life..it just seems that 27,000 just to get started on my lvn and rn is alot? but ill pay it off right?? ehhhhhh... soo dont know what to do!
