:banghead:OK... I'm havin some problems finding the information that I need. My nursing diagnosis book doesn't have much about mental health, and I need help finding a website that might have some nursing diagnoses and interventions for paranoid personality d/o... infact any website, with some GOOD SOLID info about it would help!! ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO GO???

You will not find a nursing diagnosis of Paranoid Personality Disorder... the diagnosis is based on your client needs.
Consider:
Anxiety
Disturbed thought process
Disturbed sensory perception
Perform a nursing assessment and see if any of the above are diagnoses will help your client.

I Googled Paranoid Personality Disorder and got more than 850,000 hits. You ought to be able to find massive amount of information about the condition itself. Then follow PsychNurseWannaBe's advice and look at your patient's needs.
Also, check out the Nursing Student Forum where there is a wealth of guidance on how to come up with nursing diagnoses and careplans.
