Hi! I also plan to take the NCLEX exam in Guam this June... I already checked the travel packeges. You can check the swingaraound package in the Philippine Airlines Website. Around $432 for 3 days for a complete package. I just have some considerations... Please reply here if you can help me or email me at [email protected]
1. Should he tell the Guam immigration that hes there to take the NCLEX?
2. If he Passes the NCLEX and wishes to go to the US, will the US immigration know that he took the NCLEX at Guam? In other words will he have a problem entering the US immigration if they learned that he is a NClex passer?
Thank you very much!

Check also Continental Airlines' Guam package. Its around $498 all in. 3days 2 nights. If you choose Grand Plaza Hotel, buffet breakfast is also included, even upon arrival.
1. just be straightforward in answering the immigration officer. tell him/her that you're going there to take the NCLEX. There's no problem with that. There's going to be a problem if you try to fabricate things.
2. I have been to and from the US every once in a while and so far have not had any problem with my being a US-RN. I think it all boils down to your intentions. If you go there just to have a vacation, fine. But if you intend to seek employment then you're in trouble. Good luck!
Dettedette19,
No it is not very hard getting a visa....just prepare your passport....get online and have a schedule of interview then bring your ATT to the consul just in case you are asked about the reason for going to Guam and HOPE FOR THE BEST! thats it! and pls pls pls do not ever think of using this visa to work there or transfer to other states coz THE VISA IS ANNOTATED THAT IT IS VALID ONLY IN GOING TO GUAM AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF TAKING NCLEX ONLY!
Good luck!
