Definitely Biol, don't know about the math.

You use physics in Nrsg (gas laws and such), if you've already taken a bio, that might be an option, too.

I'm not much help, am I? Good luck in any case!

Looking into universities and CCs in my area, i have never seen one with Physics as a pre-req. Bio, on the other hand, is required for all. Same deal with statistics vs. trig. No where requires trig, many require stats. You may end up re-taking classes in college because they may not consider high school courses anyway. In that case, you will have a leg up having already taken it. That will mean a higher grade which will equal a better chance of getting into nursing school. In short, go for Bio and Stats. You will not regret it.
