Help! I failed my first test in my Leadership course. I am currently a second year student in an associate degree nursing program. I still have the chance to pass my class but I am stressing about how to answer these types of questions. I mean, this course is supposed to be common sense right? (At least that's what I've been told). Well, the test wasn't easy and I'm not sure where I went wrong. I have read every chapter assigned, reviewed it all multiple times, asked my instructors for help, and still failed. If I sound like I'm complaining, that is not my intintion. I mearly ask for any suggestions in order to be successful in this class. Thank you all!

Tell me more about what confused you. Do you have examples?
First off- I'm so sorry I waited so long to reply...you know how busy nursing school is...
Anways, right now I am a week away from my second test in this course. I have been studying very hard because I have to make an 82 on the next two tests in order to pass. The problem with this course is that the information is so general (for the most part) and the assigned readings never relate to what we talked about in class. I have two instructors for this class, one who is pretty great at teaching and the other, who actually makes the test and doesn't really teach. She mostly tells stories about when she was a working nurse, which doesn't help me learn the information in order to pass my exams. I guess I should be asking where to find good resources for this class, since the readings and the teacher are of no help. Were there any resources that you may have used throughout this course in order to be successful? All I can think about is how far I've come passing OB, Med-Surg, Pharm, and am about to fail a leadership class. It's just frustrating. Thank you for any and all advice!
