Contact the BRN with that question. I'm unsure what they will do as they are unpredictable. The bad thing about the actual fingerprint cards is that they're very sensitive and can easily be changed due to a little grease, water, etc. Make sure that you keep it safe and out of harms way. You don't want anything to touch it because then once you turn it in it may be rejected as unreadable and you will have to do it again. So keep it clean and safe. If you would have done the lifescan that would have been much better because if you're like me, there's always one finger that doesn't go through, then you will be able to do it again there with out having to wait for the results to come back. That's the nice part about livescan. If you have the money and time I would do the livescan and destroy your fingerprint cards. As I've stated before I'm unsure what the BRN would do because they are unpredictable. But if your file is only two months old then you may be alright. But always follow up with the BRN. Good Luck

So the requirements coming from the school was submitted already but your application has not been submitted yet?

I don't think your file would be destroyed yet but it would be better to work on your application since some of your documents have been submitted.

If you are going to use your fingerprint card, then you don't have to do a live scan.

and if you are gonna have a live scan there are accredited places where you can have it, not necessarily the police station

its ok now. they are just asking my school diploma
