Help finding the right school for MSN...

I currently hold a BS in Biology and an ADN that I received in 2006. I would like to begin working towards my MSN to become an NP in Family Practice. My dilemma is online learning would be the best bet for me as I am not logistically close to some of the brick and mortar campuses. The one I am only an hour away from requires a BSN first and I'd rather just do the RN - MSN route.

I live in Illinois (far north) so I obviously need a school that has proper accreditation.

I'm just in the initial stages of gathering information but would love anyone's input on schools they've used or heard good/bad about. Feel free to PM me with any information.

Currently I've spoken/emailed Phoenix and Walden as well as some local brick and mortar schools. I'd love input on the first two if possible.

Thank you,

I calculated how much Univ. of Phoenix would cost, and it was just way too much for me. I am doing the online MSN through UNM, at instate tuition and like it very much.
