MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX has an oncology fellowship.
See link.
Best of luck. BTW, if you find other programs, it may be beneficial to others if you list links/contacts to those fellowship programs.
I can't say that I've every found a central site for NP fellowships. All that I've found have been through Google. University of Maryland just started a formal NP fellowship program that can specialize in either critical care or trauma services.

Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Maryland also has a program for student NPs and graduate NPs who want additional trauma experience. A colleague completed his clinicals there over the summer and really enjoyed it.
Methodist Hospital in Houston has a transplant fellowship

St. Lukes in Pennsylvania has a critical care NP fellowship program.
Mayo Clinic has a cardiology fellowship and I believe they have a transplant fellowship as well.

University of Colorado has a hospitalist fellowship for NPs.
They also have a neuro-critial care fellowship

Hopefully there will be more to come along in the future. Good luck!!

Hey all,
About to graduate in spring with acute care/family np program. I really feel the need to get more advanced training. I have found some fellowships with basic internet searches but looking for more; considering most take 1 applicant and wining a 'lotto' is not my forte. Anyway, I want more high-speed training with critical care as a must. I'm willing to work anywhere in the US for close to peanuts to ramp-up my skills. Any advice for a web-site/'hot-bed' for NP post-grad training is welcome. Any help would be great.
