Help with EBP project

Hi, everyone

i'm new to AllNurse.com. I'm currently enroll in a MSN-Leadership program. I need to do a evidence based practice research an do not know which topic to pick. I'm currently working as a staff nurse and would like ideas on this EBP project. Any ideas?

Hi! Thanks for your post!! I'm a float nurse medical surgical and cardiac nurse. My EBP must be on leadership and/or management. I have experience as a charge nurse but not as a manager any ideas??? On my question
