Help! Dialysis LPN in NYC, relocating from MI.

Hi all!

First of all, I want to say a big Thank you to all in this community, I have benefitted so much since being a member way before I became an LPN.

So, I'm moving with my family to NYC from Michigan. Moving in August. I've been working in dialysis for the past 7 years, 6 of which as a PCT. I have no idea what the outlook if for dialysis as an LPN in NYC. For instance, what clinics hire LPNs vs only RNs, suggestions about the better clinics to work for in terms of pay and benefits, work life balance and the likes (I'm well versed in this sort of thing for Michigan since we only have the 2 dominating ones- Davita and Fresenius).

I'm not having that much luck hunting online as most of the ones I'm finding are in the Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx area- I'm mainly looking in the Manhattan (Haven't settled at the exact spot just yet but..).

I'd greatly appreciate any feedback at all.
