HELP-critique from business to nursing

Hello All, I am a recent Grad with 6 months nursing experience under my belt. I would appreciate some good critique on my resume. I am having a difficult time transitioning from business to Nursing. Thank you so much!!! Please keep in mind the formatting on here is not the same as on my resume;)
