hello. welcome to allnurses.com :monkeydance: :groupwelcome: :balloons: :balloons:
first of all, i humbly suggest that you read all the stickies above .
you can also refer to this thread: (https://allnurses.com/forums/f235/all-pinoy-rns-pls-read-150908.html) for a list of must-know websites to get you started but pls. address all your queries regarding immigrations, application for state bons, etc.. here in the international forum where it is most appropriate. likewise, if you have specific questions for suzanne4 (our angel ) pls. post it in the dedicated sticky/thread "questions for suzanne4" above so that it would be easier for her to find it.
secondly, i think you should decide first w/c state you would want to work (and therefore apply to) because most states don't require the cgfns exam anymore. the reason for this is that why waste your $398 and most importantly your time and effort to study for the cgfns exam when the state bon you would eventually apply to doesn't require the cgfns exam.
Actually, your post is also most appropriate in the Filipino Forum if you really want to know about review centers in the Philippines.

yes, nj does require it. have you visited their website yet? there are already some unconfirmed news that nj may drop the cgfns exam req't. you may want to ask your aunt or do some research on the web regarding this.
i'm telling you this because, it is also about this time of the year last 2005 when illinois was also considering dropping the cgfns exam and they did. there were a lot who applied for the cgfns exam for nov. because the official news came out late.
however, i've not seen any news regarding this (so let's treat it as rumor or hearsay for now) anywhere unlike in illinois last year when it was on the news all the time and in the official website of the state of illinois.
so, maybe start from nj's official state websites and any nj newspapers for any word.
